PLAN  - Saturday, November 14, 2009 - Douglas County High School 8:00am
ACT's College Readiness Test for 10 graders
The cost for the test is $13.00.

The PLAN program helps 10th graders build a solid foundation for future academic success.  It is a comprehensive guidance resource that helps students measure their current academic development, explore career/training options, and make plans for the remaining years of high school and after high school graduation.
This test is a powerful predictor of success on the ACT, the test that many of you might take if you plan on attending college.  Many of our students take both the ACT and the SAT for their college entrance exam. This test can help you if you are college bound and if you are interested in entering the workforce directly after high school.
The test is designed to:
-increase the likelihood of being contacted by colleges
-provide an estimated ACT Composite score
-help you to select meaningful courses for your junior and senior years
-help you to begin planning for your plans after graduation
-make parents more informed about your options after graduation
