Hello Cougar Family,

This is my first year at Alexander, and I'm really excited to be a part of such a great family.  I co-teach in the math department, in Geometry and Algebra I classes.  I also am an assistant coach for the boys basketball team.

I was born in Philadelphia, PA where my father was a professor at Temple University.  He accepted a position at the University of Georgia so we moved to Athens, which is where I grew up.  I graduated from Clarke Central High School, and then went on to college at UGA, where I graduated with a B.A. in political science.  I worked in the insurance industry for 4 years, and then began my masters work at Georgia State University.  During that time, I also coached boys basketball at Duluth High School, in Duluth, GA.  I was there for 4 years, and then began my teaching career at West Hall High School, in Oakwood, GA, where I was also an assistant boys basketball coach.  I'm happy to begin the next phase of my teaching and coaching careers here at Alexander!

When I'm not in a classroom or a gym somewhere, I enjoy spending time with my fiancée, friends, and family.  In my spare time, you can find me working out, watching and playing sports, and fly fishing.
